Experience: Minimum 2 years of outpatient therapy experience, orthopedic knowledge preferred, manual therapy experience a plus
Pay & Benefits
Pay Package: Starting at $35.00/hour, negotiable based on experience
Additional Compensation: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 2-year commitment

What You ll Do
Provide outpatient and inpatient occupational therapy services
Assess and develop treatment plans for orthopedic cases, focusing on upper extremity conditions
Use manual therapy techniques and adapt treatments as needed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Float between inpatient and home health settings as required
Document patient progress using Meditech charting system
Promote patient education and recovery
What You Need
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (minimum)
Active Kansas state license in Occupational Therapy
At least 2 years of outpatient therapy experience
Orthopedic and manual therapy experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt and float to different care settings
