Requirements:
- Valid and active Occupational Therapy State license.
- CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross (with AED).
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities and their surroundings to identify limitations and set goals.
- Create customized treatment plans and apply diverse therapeutic methods to improve daily life skills.
- Provide guidance on adaptive tools and assistive devices.
- Educate patients and families on independence and condition management strategies.
- Continuously assess and document patient progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
