What You ll Do:

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment to patients with cognitive and/or physical disorders under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Administer therapy procedures such as ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and modalities
• Assess patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Document treatment accurately and maintain detailed patient records in compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with health team members to ensure optimal patient care outcomes
• Support patient and family education regarding treatment plans and therapies
• Supervise and support students under the guidance of the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and in-services as required

What You Need:

• Active State Licensure/Registration (if applicable)
• Minimum of 1+ years OTA experience in Long Term Care preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of regulatory and clinical practice standards
