What You ll Do

• Provide skilled, medically necessary treatment interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Assist patients with ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and use of support devices
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and families regarding care plans
• Support documentation and regulatory compliance in electronic health records
• Supervise students and support team training activities
• Participating in required meetings and trainings to stay compliant with industry standards

What You Need

• Valid MA State Licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Knowledge of clinical interventions related to cognitive and physical disorders
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Commitment to ethical practice and up-to-date certification in relevant modalities
