Textile Sewing Operator

TEXTILE MACHINE OPERATORS

Two (2) outstanding, full-time openings have become available with a well-established bedding manufacturer in the Worcester, MA area for individuals with a background in the sewing industry. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

(1) Sewing/Quilting Worker:

• Operate quilting, cutting, stitching, sewing equipment in a manufacturingenvironment.
• Knowledge of set up, adjustment, troubleshooting, repair and perform basic maintenance on productionmachinery, such asParagonand/or olderlegacy machines is PREFERRED
• Ensure product quality through inspections, measurements, and adherence to production standards.

(2) Tape Edge Sewer:

• Operate and adjust a tapeedgemachine, such as the AtlantaAttachmentAutomatic or similar machines, to stitch and bind mattress edges according to specifications.
• Alignmattress components accurately and ensure consistent, high-quality stitching and finished product standards.
• Perform routine machinemaintenance, minor repairs, and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Inspectfinishedmattresses for defects and ensure compliance with quality and production requirements.
