The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for outside sales, territory management, new business development, customer acquisition, and account management within an assigned territory. Which includes but is not limited to: Small commercial, retail, and on-premise accounts.
Responsibilities:
Specific accountabilities Sales
- Identify and close new small commercial accounts
- Identify and close new retail accounts, particularly in the UDS (up-and-down-the-street) channel including convenience stores, small independent groceries, bodegas, etc.
- Identify and close new On Premise and 5 gal retail accounts
- Develops all assigned accounts relative to sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service
- Solicits placement of equipment, sells sufficient product inventory, and executes promotions; adhering to pricing and promotion guidelines.
- Monitor competitive environment to understand and leverage sales opportunities
Service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for future delivery to minimize out-of-stocks and product expiration, as needed.
- Ensure product displays are clean, well-merchandised, and supported with appropriate point-of-sale (POS) materials, as needed.
- Maintain account and delivery information, including receipt of cash and check payments when applicable.
Anticipate customer needs and maintain appropriate product inventory levels. - Provide exceptional service to assigned accounts and build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications: Requirements/Qualifications
2+ years of sales, delivery, account management, or customer-facing experience.
Strong face-to-face sales, customer service, and negotiation skills.
Ability to perform basic financial calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Ability to effectively interact and communicate with customers, colleagues, and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
