JOB DESCRIPTION Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Analyst to support our healthcare documentation and speech recognition software for our customers. The ideal candidate would have proprietary application installation and support experience, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, database experience, as well as solid customer communication and relations skills. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. This is a remote position with some travel required. Hours are 8am-5pm EST.
