Technical Program Manager ()

Responsible for working closely with third party software teams to identify engineering dependencies of the program and document them. Set clear expectations and track the dependencies closely with third parties where applicable. Create artifacts and establish the execution framework, say agile scrum ceremonies for day to day program management Providing regular and timely updates to stakeholders including senior leadership on program status; ensure risks are monitored, managed and mitigated from time to time. Demonstrate ability to apply processes where needed. e.g. use change management process for changing scope or timelines. Ensure that products are delivered on time meeting the relevant metrics criteria established by the group. Ensure project documentation is taken up on a regular basis, and contribute to roadmap planning exercise and use prior experience to help identify potential challenges.

Education and Experience Requirements

MBA or MS in Computer Science or related plus 5 years' experience as a Technical Program Manager or related.

Special Skills Requirements

Requires 5 years of experience in technical program management of complex and large programs spanning multiple cross-functional teams; with the product development process, and the product lifecycle; with project management tools such as Atlassian suite, Microsoft Project Plan, Smart sheets or equivalent; in Agile SCRUM framework and understanding SAFe concepts; with cloud platforms; and with program and project governance concepts and tools for vendor management, compliance (SoC2, ISO, etc) and metrics.
