Tech Support Engineer

A highly regarded global investment firm is seeking a Tech Support Engineer to join a missioncritical technology team supporting endpoint and collaboration platforms used across the organization.

This role offers handson exposure to enterprise systems in a fastpaced, highstandards environment, with ownership of issues from intake through resolution and opportunities to contribute to ongoing infrastructure modernization and automation.

• Own and resolve enduser technical issues, including rootcause analysis


• Support endpoint, collaboration, and productivity technologies


• Partner with senior engineers and vendors on complex issues


• Deploy and support enterprise applications with direct business impact


• Contribute to system stability, security, and continuous improvement

• Strong technical foundation (degree or equivalent experience)


• Experience with automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.)


• Working knowledge of enterprise systems (AD, DNS, networking)


• Handson experience with two or more: Windows, macOS, M365, Intune, Exchange Online, Azure, SCCM, mobile devices


• High standards, strong ownership mindset, and excellent judgment


• Background in financial services or similarly highreliability environments preferred

• Highimpact work supporting core business operations


• Exposure to complex, enterprisescale systems
