The Hourly Associate, Sanitation Team Member, is responsible for performing sanitary restoration on assigned equipment and areas. With a strong emphasis on safety, team members utilize industrial sanitizers and equipment to ensure all areas meet USDA compliance standards. This role requires a dependable and hardworking individual who can work collaboratively with a team to achieve overall sanitation goals.

Requirements / Experience:

Must be 21+
Reliable transportation required
Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 lbs and exert up to 20 lbs of force regularly
Ability to stand, walk, and remain physically active for 8+ hours
Capable of climbing, bending, stooping, crouching, and reaching
Comfortable using tools (e.g., brooms) and operating machinery
Ability to work in varying conditions, including extreme temperatures, noise, and odors
