Competitive salary of $50,000-$60,000 per year Hands-on exposure to multistate and local tax matters Career growth and development opportunities in a specialized tax niche Collaborative team environment with access to experienced mentors Full-time, permanent position in Houston Job Details Prepare and review state and local income, franchise, sales and use, and property tax returns Research state and local tax laws, regulations, and rulings to support compliance and planning Assist with nexus studies, apportionment analysis, and multistate tax planning Support state and local tax audits, notices, and inquiries, including gathering documentation and drafting responses Prepare and analyze tax provision and workpapers as they relate to state and local taxes Maintain accurate documentation, workpapers, and organized client files Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and communicate potential impacts Collaborate with senior team members, clients, and internal departments to meet deadlines Use tax software and research tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency Interested in hearing more?
