Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Systems Engineer - CSIL Verification to join the team in Hazelwood, MO.
A large proprietary program is seeking an Systems Engineer, to join the Systems Engineering and Integration Team in support of an exciting program that is critical to Boeing and our DoD Customers. The selected candidate will work with SMEs across the program to develop a complex and highly integrated weapons system while embracing the Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Engineering strategy.
The selected individual will need strong technical expertise and program coordination skills to support the planning, coordination, and execution of the program's Computer System Integrity Level (CSIL) Verification effort. The primary purpose of this effort is to evaluate components assessed as CSIL 1, 2, or 3 for compliance with AC-17-01, identify compliance gaps, and collaborate with system safety, airworthiness, and directly with suppliers to assess risks and impacts of those gaps to prioritize resource allocation. This effort is critical to the success of the program's Airworthiness program and is tracked at both Boeing and customer leadership levels.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Lead (Levels 3 or 4) System Engineers.
Position Responsibilities
Travel may be required up to 20% of the time; domestically and/or internationally depending on business needs.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
(Experienced, Level 3): $112,200 - $151,800
(Lead, Level 4): $136,850 - $185,150
