This full-time, onsite role offers a rare chance to build and lead a thoracic service line where no other full-time thoracic surgeon currently practices. The position provides a stable employed structure with strong institutional support, a modern surgical environment, and dedicated OR time across a comprehensive network of medical centers and specialty facilities. Physicians enjoy a balanced combination of autonomy and collaboration while benefiting from extensive clinical resources and a full spectrum of thoracic cases, including esophageal and lung resections and minimally invasive procedures.
