Shift: Days (2 clinic days, 2 OR days, 1 flex day) + call

• Patient Population: Adult neurosurgery patients
• Setting: Inpatient, outpatient, and clinic at Level III Trauma Center
• Responsibilities: General neurosurgery coverage, clinic visits, operative cases, ER call coverage, imaging review from home, opportunity to build elective spine practice
• Required Procedures: General neurosurgical procedures with elective spine focus
• EMR System: EPIC
• Support Staff: 1 Neurosurgeon, 4 APPs/PAs, floor call support by PAs
• Days Per Month: Full-time schedule
• On-Call/Weekends: 7 ER call days per month with home imaging review; approximately 1 weekend/month

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible in Neurosurgery (ABNS only)
• Colorado license (or willing to obtain)
• DEA (prior to start)
• NPDB Self Query (within 30 days)
• Clean malpractice history
• Must not require visa support
• Permanent placement fee acknowledgment
