Support Specialist Packaging

We are stronger together! OVERVIEW This position provides administrative support for document related manufacturing activities at the Whippany site. RESPONSIBILITIES Performs SAP transaction reviews for Packaging Batch Records. Works with department supervision when batch record data entry corrections are required. Performs SAP transactions including issuance of raw materials and yield confirmations for Packaging Orders. Acts as the 'Super User' for various support systems such as SAP, HEROS and TrackWise. Generates final version documents (SOP, VCR, Planned Deviations, etc.) from data provided by supervisors and SMEs. Secures supplier quotes and creates general purchase requisitions as needed. Collects data to compile Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the manufacturing departments. Monitors SOP and Log Book effective dates and ensures department supervisors stay current with SOP reviews and Log Books. Orders EHS supplies as needed. Oversees/tracks department Investigation and CAPA due dates. Department SME for SAP Supports EH&S initiatives for manufacturing Other duties as assigned Pay is $26.00/hr QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail Proficient with MS Office, SAP, HEROS and TrackWise. Ability to demonstrate effective problem resolution. Must be able to move about the facility Must be able to remain sedentary for periods of time May be required to lift up the 10 lbs EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of a High School diploma; a 2 year college degree is desirable.
