Job Title: Supervisor II Client: Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Duration: 24-month contract Location: Ankeny, IA 50023 Shift: 3rd Shift - 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday night through Friday morning (overtime likely) Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Job Description The company is seeking a Supervisor II - Operations to oversee shop-floor production activities and lead production employees in achieving departmental goals related to safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This role serves as the primary link between production employees and management. The selected candidate will monitor employee and production performance, address operational issues, enforce company policies, support employee training, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
