<b>Find your calling at Mercy!</b> <p></p>The Stroke Coordinator is responsible for delivering specialized nursing care to stroke patients. This role involves providing personalized support to patients entering and exiting the healthcare system following ischemic or hemorrhagic strokes. Responsibilities include offering clinical expertise for patient care, ensuring continuity of care, educating patients and families, and fostering collaboration among the multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
