StretchLab Richmond is hiring part-time Stretch Practitioners (Flexologists) at our Short Pump, Midlothian, and Carytown studios. What you'll earn

• $22-$24 per hour, W-2 part-time
• Performance based bonus
• Training cost is paid by us to make you skilled Flexologist

What you'll do

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions using StretchLab's PNF stretching method
• Lead guided group stretch classes of up to 6 clients
• Motivate and connect with clients, and book their recurring appointments
• Keep accurate client notes and follow safe stretching techniques
• Help with studio tours and membership conversations
• Keep the studio clean and ready for clients
• Attend staff meetings and trainings

Who you are

• A personal trainer, massage therapist, physical therapist, or yoga, Pilates, or dance instructor with hands-on client experience
• A fitness or related certification required
• Warm, empathetic, and great with people
• Reliable and professional, with a passion for movement and mobility
• Available for training, including weekend availability required
