About TSG Roofing

TSG Roofing is one of Texas' fastest-growing storm restoration companies, and we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Storm Restoration Representatives.

Due to an increased number of hail and wind damage claims across the Austin area, we are expanding our team and hiring 3-5 driven professionals to help homeowners navigate the insurance restoration process.

Over the past three years, TSG Roofing has experienced tremendous growth, increasing revenue to more than $9 million in restoration projects, with projections exceeding $15 million in 2026. As we continue to grow, we're looking for ambitious individuals who want an opportunity to build a rewarding career with uncapped earning potential.

No Experience? No Problem.

TSG Roofing provides one of the industry's most comprehensive training programs. Within just a few days, you'll receive hands-on training covering:

• Storm damage identification
• Roofing and restoration basics
• Insurance claim processes
• Customer communication and sales techniques
• Property inspections and documentation

If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy working with people, and are motivated by performance-based earnings, we'll teach you everything else.

Please Note: This is an in-person position and is not remote.

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed Base Pay + Commission Structure

$50 per Qualified Inspection
(Average inspection takes 45-60 minutes)

Commissions on Completed Restoration Projects
(Average commission: $2,500-$3,500 per project)

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and customers face-to-face
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to climb a ladder and inspect roofs when necessary
• Smartphone capable of taking photos and videos during inspections
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to generate leads and work company-provided opportunities
• Coachable, energetic, and eager to learn

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections for storm-related damage
• Document findings through photos and inspection reports
• Educate homeowners on the restoration and insurance claims process
• Assist homeowners with restoration agreements and project initiation
• Generate and follow up on sales opportunities
• Create estimates and measure property exteriors
• Build relationships within the community and represent the TSG Roofing brand professionally
