Job Title: Entry-Level Production Worker

Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

(Initial training will be on 1st Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, for approximately 6 weeks)

PAY: $16.50/hr. Will increase to $19/hr. upon hire in.

Job Summary:

A large, well-established manufacturing company in the Cuyahoga Falls area is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join their production team. This entry-level position offers excellent opportunities for career growth within a stable organization that values hard work and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently (training provided)

• Handle and process materials, including steel products

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience required; experience in the steel industry is a plus

• Demonstrated good job longevity with previous employers

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently after training

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
