Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant to assist with month-end close procedures, reconciling GL accounts, preparing financial reports, and resolving discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of accounting experience and excellent organizational skills. This temporary opportunity is fully onsite in Bellevue, WA.

Responsibilities:

Perform month-end close procedures

Assist with Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process

Reconcile GL and bank accounts

Post journal entries and ensure accurate account coding

Maintain general ledger

Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and forecasting

Compile audit and tax related documents as needed

Research and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or relevant experience required

1-3 years of accounting experience

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Strong Excel skills

Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
