Finance Operations LeaderHybrid Twin Cities MetroOverviewGrowing manufacturing organization seeking a strategic finance leader to support multiple production facilities. This role serves as a key business partner to operations leadership, driving financial performance, cost management, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Lead manufacturing finance, cost accounting, financial controls, and reporting.
- Partner with plant leadership to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
- Provide insights on operational performance, labor costs, and capital investments.
- Develop and enhance reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop a small finance team.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or operations finance experience.
- Strong forecasting, financial modeling, and cost analysis skills.
- Proven ability to influence business decisions through financial insights.
- Leadership experience managing and developing teams.
Compensation- $140,000-$160,000 base salary + bonus
