<strong> Shift: </strong> 8AM -5PM; Monday- Friday <br><br><strong> Position Summary </strong> <br><br>This position is responsible for executing a daily plan for movement of all freight within an assigned area. <br><br><strong> Essential Functions </strong> <br><br><ul> <li> Engage in weekly operation planning with Program Manager </li> <li> Collaborate daily with dispatch team on driver loading schedules and resource sharing </li> <li> Work with Maintenance Manager on PM compliance for assigned equipment by location </li> <li> Receive and consolidate loads from the customer into the dispatch system daily </li> <li> Data entry and admin support for daily delivery confirmation, billing and payroll duties </li> <li> Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, dispatchers and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations </li> <li> Lead and mentor dispatch team </li> <li> Provide frontline customer service for existing accounts </li> <li> Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously </li> <li> On-call Duties as needed </li> </ul><br><br><strong> Qualifications </strong> <br><br><ul> <li> High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor Degree preferred </li> <li> 5 years of dispatching experience </li> <li> Excellent conflict resolution and skills </li> <li> Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills </li> </ul><br><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?W2DxsawsqoQ%2bYgIInp2ZLUru786Kxl%2fGf" width="0" height="0" />
