Job Description:
R.L. KLEIN & Associates Inc. is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based travel contract opportunity in Orlando, Florida for the school year.

The SLP will provide speech and language therapy services to students, conduct assessments and evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, support IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and other professionals.

Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services.
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based interventions.
Monitor student progress and adjust services as appropriate.
Maintain accurate therapy and student documentation.
Participate in IEP meetings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and other professionals.
Follow all applicable school, district, and state requirements.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
Active Florida SLP license or ability to obtain one.
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
School-based experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
