Job Description:
R.L. KLEIN & Associates Inc. is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based contract opportunity supporting Pre-K students in Winter Garden, Florida.

The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide speech and language therapy services, evaluate students' communication needs, support Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, and collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and other related-service providers.

Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group speech-language therapy.
Evaluate students' speech, language, and communication needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
Support IEP goals and educational objectives.
Maintain accurate therapy and student documentation.
Monitor student progress and make appropriate adjustments to therapy goals and services.
Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings.
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and related-service providers.
Complete all required credentialing and compliance procedures.

Qualifications:
Current SLP license required.
Florida SLP licensure required for placement.
School-based experience preferred.
Pediatric and/or Pre-K experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and related-service providers.
