What Youll Do:
Provide SLP evaluations/ services.
Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
Complete documentation efficiently and accurately

MA Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
