Speech Language Pathologist in West Palm Beach, FL

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity dedicated to supporting students' communication needs across multiple locations in West Palm Beach and the surrounding area. Available assignments run from August 10, 2026, through May 27, 2027, offering full-time hours at 35 hours per week (seven-hour days). Flexibility in school site assignment is possible, with locations combinable to create a single full-time position. Caseloads and age groups will vary depending on the campus and specific assignment, ensuring engaging and varied daily experiences.

Your expertise as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) is essential for these roles. Please note that these opportunities are strictly on-site; virtual or VOCO options are not available. Applicants who hold only SLPA or CF credentials will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Florida SLP license (Dept. of Health)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
• Comfortable working, traveling, or being assigned to multiple school campuses
• Willingness to complete time-sensitive credentialing, fingerprinting, and background checks per state standards
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, student-focused approach

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to students with varying needs
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document progress
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver therapy across age groups and multiple school sites as assigned
• Supervise SLP-Assistants (as needed at select locations)
