The SOUS CHEF for our new store opening will play a key leadership role overseeing a large kitchen team of 16 or more members. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, this role focuses on managing operations in a fast-paced service environment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth kitchen supervision, maintain high standards in food preparation and quality, and support team development as the new location launches.

Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen operations and staff performance
• Plan menus aligned with fast-paced service requirements
• Oversee food preparation ensuring quality and presentation standards
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to build a cohesive team
• Manage inventory control and coordinate with suppliers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate team activities for efficient service delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in culinary operations
• Culinary Arts Certificate or equivalent qualifications
