Perform precise hand soldering to assemble and repair electronic components. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams. Assemble and solder surface mount technology (SMT) components. Use calipers, power tools, and other equipment for accurate measurements and cutting. Apply mechanical skills to fabricate parts as needed. Operate machinery to complete required machining tasks. Work with electrical systems, including logic controllers. Consistently follow established quality-control standards throughout the soldering process. Possess at least one year of professional hand-soldering experience. Have proven experience with electronics assembly and component soldering. Be familiar with calipers, power tools, and basic machining equipment. Demonstrate the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams accurately. Possess the mechanical aptitude necessary to fabricate parts when required. Understand electrical systems, including logic controllers. Successfully pass an in-person hand-soldering skills test.
