Solar Sales Consultant
Paid Training No Solar Experience Required
Expected First-Year Income Potential: $175,000 - $400,000+8 - 10 Weekly Pre-Set Appointments Provided No Cold Calling or Door Knocking Required! Unlike many sales roles, Momentum Solar provides qualified appointments each week, allowing our sales consultants to focus on building relationships, educating customers, and closing deals.
Whether you come from automotive sales, roofing, HVAC, telecommunications, real estate, retail leadership, hospitality, customer service, or another customer-facing background, we provide the training, tools, and support needed to succeed.

Responsibilities:
Meet with homeowners during company-provided appointments
Educate customers on solar energy, savings, and financing options
Guide customers through a simple, consultative sales process
Build relationships and answer customer questions professionally
Maintain follow-up communication throughout the process
Participate in ongoing training and coaching opportunities
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule
Ability to learn and apply a proven sales process
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
