Job Description
We are seeking a creative, energetic, and highly organized Social Media & Brand Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow the online presence of multiple businesses including a med spa, event center, mental health & wellness services, and other affiliated brands.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in creating trending social media content, managing customer engagement, filming and editing reels, promoting businesses online, and assisting with in-person marketing at events and community activities.
This role is perfect for someone who understands modern social media trends, branding, customer communication, and creative marketing strategies across different industries.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Business profiles
Create, film, edit, and post trending reels, stories, promotional videos, and branded content
Develop engaging content strategies tailored for different businesses and audiences
Respond to customer messages, comments, inquiries, and online engagement professionally
Promote events, services, specials, wellness programs, and brand awareness campaigns
Attend local events, networking opportunities, pop-ups, and community activities for in-person marketing and promotions
Capture photos/videos during events, office activities, treatments, and business operations
Coordinate content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules
Assist with influencer collaborations, giveaways, partnerships, and promotional campaigns
Monitor social media analytics and help improve audience growth and engagement
Maintain a professional, luxury, and welcoming brand image across all platforms

Qualifications
Experience managing business social media accounts preferred
Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, Canva, CapCut, and content editing tools
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable interacting with clients both online and in person
Creative mindset with understanding of branding and marketing
Experience in beauty, wellness, healthcare, events, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus
Reliable transportation for events and marketing activities
Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
