Now Hiring: Slitter Operators (Night Shift)

Are you looking for a stable, full-time position with a growing manufacturing company? We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Slitter Operators to join our team in Elk Grove Village, IL.

Schedule:

Night Shift (12-Hour Continental Schedule)
5:45 PM - 6:15 AM

Pay:

Starting at $21.74/hour
Plus $2.00/hour Shift Differential
Potential earnings of over $23.74/hour

Responsibilities:

Operate slitting and roll handling equipment
Set up machines according to production specifications
Perform quality checks before, during, and after production
Package and palletize finished products
Move materials using forklifts and material handling equipment
Complete production and quality documentation
Follow all safety, GMP, and company procedures
Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment inspections

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to read rulers and perform basic measurements
Basic computer and data entry skills
Experience with forklifts, pallet wrapping, or material handling equipment is a plus
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and maintain a strong attendance record
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
