Minimum Qualifications: Three (3) years of advanced para-engineering experience at the Engineering Specialist level (or equivalent) that demonstrates all the following: Experience working with the Minnesota Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, Traffic Engineering Manual, and Standard Sign and Marking Summary and Manual. Experience applying traffic engineering principles and standards. Experience installing and inspecting sign structures and sign panels.
