Sign Installation & Service Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sign Installation & Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair a wide variety of indoor and outdoor signage. This role requires a combination of technical skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install various types of signage, including channel letters, monument signs, wall signs, vinyl graphics, and digital displays
• Perform service calls for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of existing signs and lighting systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate installations
• Operate hand and power tools, bucket trucks, lifts, and other equipment safely
• Ensure all installations meet company standards, local codes, and client specifications
• Conduct site surveys and assess installation requirements
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers on job sites
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
• Experience in sign installation, construction, mechanical, etc.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring (low voltage and/or LED systems)
• Ability to read measurements and use leveling tools accurately
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus, if applicable)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
