Shop Helper

Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians and senior staff with daily shop operations and tasks
• Organize and maintain shop cleanliness, tools, and equipment
• Load, unload, and stage parts, materials, and supplies as needed
• Support inventory management, including stocking shelves and tracking materials
• Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of shop facilities and work areas
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures in a shop environment
• Assist with prepping equipment and vehicles for field service jobs

Requirements:

• No prior experience required - a willingness to learn and work hard is a must
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs or more)
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow directions and work well within a team environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in field service/trades is a plus
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on shop setting
