Shipping Lead

Shipping Lead - Night Shift Location: Raleigh, NC Shift: Sunday-Thursday 9PM-5AM, Overtime available Responsibilities: - Lead, train, and coach shipping team members, assigning daily tasks and keeping the team on schedule - Plan and prioritize outbound shipments to meet customer delivery commitments - Verify orders, load accuracy, and shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing lists, and labels) - Coordinate with production, inventory, and customer service teams to resolve shipping issues quickly - Schedule carriers and manage dock and trailer loading - Enforce safety procedures, including safe use of forklifts and material handling equipment Requirements: - 3+ years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience - Previous leadership experience - Routing experience - Forklift certification Preferences: - Experience with ERP systems - Experience in manufacturing By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
