Shipping Associate

We are seeking a shipping associate in Canonsburg, PA Shipping and Receiving is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming materials. This role ensures accurate handling, documentation, and storage of products while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices Unload, sort, and store materials in designated locations Coordinate, prepare, package, label, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time o Small Package-UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL o Large Package-LTL Shipments Ability to cut/build wood crates for large LTL shipments. Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory systems Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to supervisors Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and supervisors Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow company policies and safety procedures SKILL REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience a plus, both Domestic and International Shipping Basic math and computer skills Ability to read shipping documents and labels Forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Attention to detail Time management and organization Ability to work independently and as part of a team By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
