We're looking for a seasoned Sheet Metal Superintendent with 10+ years of hands-on commercial/institutional experience to lead field crews for E2 Mechanical, a growing mechanical contractor working on large-scale commercial and institutional HVAC construction. This is not an entry-level or developing-foreman role - we need someone who has already run crews and large projects and can step in and lead from day one.

You'll be the go-to leader on site - directing crews and subcontractors, keeping projects on schedule and on budget, and jumping in to run duct and install HVAC systems yourself when the job calls for it.

• Lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment day-to-day
• Read blueprints and plan work to keep the job moving efficiently
• Weld grease duct and install ductwork/HVAC systems as needed
• Keep communication open with GCs and project managers
• Run a safe site - daily hazard reviews, safety culture, incident follow-up
• Track attendance, delegate tasks, and hold the crew accountable
• Help push projects through final inspections and Certificate of Occupancy

• 10+ years of experience as a foreman or lead installer on commercial/institutional sheet metal/HVAC projects - required
• Deep working knowledge of SMACNA standards
• Grease duct welding experience
• A track record of running crews on large-scale commercial jobs, not just residential or small-scope work
• Ability to read blueprints and specs, and solve field math on the fly
• A proven leader who isn't afraid to grab tools and work alongside the crew
• Reliable transportation to Charlotte, NC 28216 (driver's license preferred)
