Sheet Metal Duct Installer

Position: Sheet Metal Duct Installer Location: Greensboro, NC Company: HVAC Service Provider Description: This is an exciting direct hire opportunity with an organization focused on growth, safety, and employee development. The Sheet Metal Duct Installer will support commercial HVAC installation projects. This individual will be responsible for installing, assembling, and modifying sheet metal ductwork using blueprints, schematics, and field measurements. Duties include laying out and securing ductwork, fabricating custom fittings and transitions, installing HVAC components such as VAV boxes, dampers, grilles, and diffusers, and ensuring proper sealing and airflow. The ideal candidate is proficient with sheet metal tools, understands HVAC installation practices, and can work independently while coordinating with other trades on-site. Strong blueprint-reading, measurement, safety, and problem-solving skills are essential.
