Senior Vice President, Client Service

We're seeking a future team member for the role of SVP, Client Service Manager to join our Prime Services team in Markets. This role is located in New York, NY.

Pershing Prime Services supports the full custody, settlement, financing, short-selling, and trading requirements of hedge funds and alternative investment managers. Our dedicated team delivers tailored solutions that help clients enhance operational effectiveness and achieve their strategic objectives.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Managing day-to-day client relationships and responding to inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
• Driving client satisfaction through proactive service, issue resolution, and escalation management.
• Ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, operational policies, risk controls, and KYC requirements.
• Advising clients on industry best practices, product solutions, and regulatory developments.
• Partnering with Relationship Managers to support client strategy and growth initiatives.
• Coordinating across internal teams to deliver seamless service and maintain awareness of client activity throughout the firm.
• Mentoring junior Client Service professionals and contributing to broader team objectives.

The successful candidate will demonstrate/possess:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Client Service, Relationship Management, or a related role within the prime brokerage, prime custody, or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of the prime brokerage and/or prime custody landscape.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage complex client relationships and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Corporate Actions, Margin, Securities Lending, and Risk Management is preferred.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required.
