Health, Dental, Vision, 401k + match Job Details Role Description The Senior Scheduler will work closely with project management, field operations, and preconstruction teams to support planning and scheduling activities throughout the project lifecycle. This individual will serve as a key scheduling resource across multiple projects, helping teams develop realistic schedules, identify potential risks, evaluate sequencing, and implement strategies to keep projects on track. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and analyze CPM project schedules. Collaborate with project and field teams regarding sequencing, durations, logistics, procurement, and milestones. Review schedules for critical path, float, constraints, and potential risks. Participate in jobsite visits to evaluate progress and field conditions. Assist with identifying schedule delays, impacts, and potential mitigation strategies. Support pull planning, short-term planning, and subcontractor coordination. Prepare schedule updates, reports, and narratives for internal and external stakeholders. Assist with preconstruction and pursuit activities, including schedule development, phasing, and logistics planning. Contribute to scheduling processes, tools, and best practices across the organization. Provide scheduling guidance and support to project teams. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, scheduling, project management, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and project execution. Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software. Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, critical path, float, and schedule logic. Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications. Experience with recovery schedules and schedule impact analysis. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
