Job Details The Senior Reliability Specialist will serve as a leader and technical resource for part inspection, supplier quality responsibilities, auditing, and root cause analysis to drive process improvements. Responsibilities: Lead root cause failure analysis on technical asset issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence across the facility. Optimize predictive, preventive, and precision maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and minimize operating costs. Support infrastructure health by managing distribution systems, reviewing electrical calculations, and overseeing safety compliance reviews. Partner with engineering, controls, and capital project teams to ensure reliable design configurations and appropriate spare parts inventory. Track and report operational data trends, creating key performance indicators to monitor long-term mechanical and electrical health. Qualifications: Degree or equivalent related technical maintenance and reliability engineering experience. Practical understanding of complex industrial manufacturing equipment, drawing interpretation, and schematic reading. Working knowledge of process safety management regulations, data modeling, and structured continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication and data tracking skills paired with proficiency utilizing enterprise asset management software. Interested in hearing more?
