Senior Programmer Analyst - Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst for a contract position with a Major Insurance Company located in Omaha, NE or Albany, NY. Compensation: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications Position Overview: This position is for a senior-level Duck Creek Developer. The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing system solutions and code changes. This role provides support for insurance product implementations and enhancements within the Duck Creek platform. Key Responsibilities: Assume responsibility for moderately difficult Duck Creek analysis, code changes and implementation tasks Provide support to the team for configuration and solution design for complex business requirements according to technical specifications Help support a small technical team or project Read and interpret business and technical documents Possess knowledge of Duck Creek principles, insurance products, forms and workflows Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality deliverables Ensure the highest level of application and platform availability Respond promptly to production issues by participating in on-call rotation for 24-hour support Assist with maintaining documentation related to Duck Creek code changes, and testing results Execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Primary Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning or equivalent work experience A minimum of 3+ years of experience Experience with Duck Creek software and skillsets Desired Skills: Similar insurance industry specifically commercial insurance experience Experience supporting Duck Creek applications or comparable insurance policy administration systems Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
