Senior Piping Technician

YY ENC USA, INC. seeks an experienced Senior Piping Technician to perform and lead specialized industrial piping and electrical-conduit work for EV battery, semiconductor, battery-material, and other advanced-manufacturing facilities.

WORK LOCATION
Primary work location: 3483 Satellite Blvd., Suite 100 South, Duluth, GA 30096. Temporary travel to Company project sites may be required, including the anticipated LG Energy Solution Battery Complex project in Queen Creek, Arizona.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and apply P&IDs, IFC drawings, piping schematics, isometric drawings, line specifications, equipment utility requirements, and MEP coordination drawings.
Plan and lead spool fabrication, field routing, fit-up, installation, and tie-in of electrical conduit and specialized process, utility, UPW, PCW, UT, high-purity, hot-oil, cooling-water, compressed-air, vacuum, and equipment-support piping.
Establish alignment, slope, elevations, supports, hangers, penetrations, clearances, and equipment interfaces; coordinate work with mechanical, electrical, and other trades.
Apply project-approved joining methods, including orbital and butt welding, press-type fittings, grooved couplings, threaded connections, and flanged connections.
Perform QA/QC inspections, material verification, hydrostatic or pneumatic testing, leak testing, flushing, clean assembly, contamination control, punch-list work, and turnover documentation.
Communicate in Korean with Korean end-customer engineers and YYENC CO LTD technical personnel; apply Korean-origin technical standards to U.S. field execution, local-worker training, troubleshooting, and corrective work.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least 10 years of hands-on industrial piping experience in semiconductor, EV battery, battery-material, or comparable advanced-manufacturing construction.
Demonstrated experience with electrical conduit and specialized process, utility, UPW, PCW, UT, high-purity, hot-oil, and equipment-support piping.
Ability to interpret P&IDs, IFC drawings, piping schematics, isometrics, line specifications, and equipment-interface requirements and to apply appropriate joining, QA/QC, testing, cleanliness, and turnover procedures.
Professional Korean-language proficiency for technical discussions with Korean end-customer engineers and YYENC CO LTD personnel, including the ability to convey Korean-origin technical requirements to U.S. project personnel.

COMPENSATION
$75,000 salary + approximately $48,000 in annual benefits
