Senior Microsoft 365 & Azure Development Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Microsoft 365 & Azure Development Lead to take ownership of a mission-critical enterprise application ecosystem for a major public-sector client. This is a hands-on technical leadership position - you will be both a practitioner and a mentor, owning architecture decisions, guiding a distributed team, and ensuring stable, compliant, and continuous delivery across multiple production applications. This role is offered as a 6-month contract-to-hire. Candidates who demonstrate technical depth, strong team leadership, and the drive to continuously learn and adopt new technologies - including emerging AI capabilities - will be considered for full conversion.
