Competitive salary of $70,000 - $95,000 annually Discretionary performance bonus Comprehensive benefits package Hybrid work schedule (2 days in office, 3 days remote) Opportunity to work with premier private equity sponsors and investors Career growth and advancement opportunities Exposure to complex private capital fund operations Training and professional development opportunities Collaborative and experienced team environment Work with one of the industry's largest private capital administration platforms Job Details Serve as a key point of contact for investor and client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses Review and process investor onboarding documentation, including subscription, tax, AML, and compliance records Process investor changes including transfers, name changes, contact updates, and wire instruction modifications Maintain investor records across multiple internal and external systems Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc investor reporting packages Prepare and review capital activity notices and investor communications Coordinate investor audit confirmations and recurring deliverables Distribute capital call notices, distribution notices, partner capital statements, and sponsor communications through investor portal platforms Track incoming capital call payments and prepare investor distribution payments Review deliverables for quality, completeness, and accuracy Train and mentor junior team members while providing first-level review support Collaborate with client service teams to ensure exceptional client and investor experiences Ensure all deliverables are completed in accordance with service level agreements Follow established policies, procedures, and best practices Support special projects and process improvement initiatives Operate effectively within a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Interested in hearing more?
