Senior HVAC Service Technician (HVAC Sales)

We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician with strong hands-on expertise in HVAC troubleshooting, diagnosis, service, installation, and residential HVAC sales. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in the field, identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate HVAC solutions, and selling and completing HVAC work. This position offers an opportunity for an experienced HVAC professional to take ownership of customer service, sales, installation quality, and revenue generation while helping establish and grow a residential HVAC operation.
