Quality "Plus" Services (QPS) is seeking an experienced Group Manager to lead our Industrial Electrical Construction Division. This senior leadership role reports to the Sr. Corporate Lead and provides strategic, technical, and operational oversight for a portfolio of large-scale industrial electrical projects.

As Group Manager, you will guide project teams-including Sr. Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents-ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll serve as the key connection between corporate leadership and field execution, shaping the success of our industrial electrical operations across energy, manufacturing, refining, and heavy industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Sr. PMs, PMs, Engineers, and Superintendents.
• Translate corporate goals into actionable plans and measurable results.
• Oversee multiple large-scale electrical projects (power distribution, motor control, grounding, lighting systems, instrumentation).
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA, and client standards.
• Direct staffing, budgets, cost forecasts, and procurement decisions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent QPS at presentations and reviews.
• Champion safety, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (preferred).
• 15+ years in industrial electrical construction, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven success managing large industrial projects (petrochemical, power, manufacturing, heavy industry).
• In-depth knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA standards.
• Strong financial management and client relationship skills.
• PMP certification or Master Electrician license a plus.
