( 4-5 clinics on the west side of Jacksonville) </li><li> Train Clinic Managers on CORA policies and procedures, operations, and marketing. </li><li> Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes. </li><li> Act as a leader and mentor Clinic Managers.</li><li>Participate in marketing CORA to new regional clients/resources.</li><li>Maintain contact with key major referral groups. </li><li> Monitor customer service - questionnaires/reports to ensure high quality clinic product. </li><li> Conduct one on one meetings with Clinic Managers weekly. </li></ul><p> </p> <p> <strong>What You'll Need</strong> </p> <ul><li> Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. </li><li> Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT). </li><li> 3+ years of clinical experience </li><li>A passion to learn, grow, and make an impact. </li><li> 3+ years of experience leading clinical teams. </li><li> Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. </li><li> Ability to introduce and effect change in a fair, but firm and trustworthy manner. </li><li> Ability to manage multi-facility operations with an emphasis on teaching Clinic Managers and Senior Clinic Managers how to positively impact the metrics and propose innovative solutions to key challenges. </li><li> Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationship with staff, patients, referral sources, and all other CORA personnel. </li></ul> <p> </p> <p> <strong>Who We Are</strong> </p> <p> CORA Physical Therapy is a network of outpatient clinics serving communities across 10 states.
