Maintain caseload of up to 8 full time patients and treatment plans; Supervise direct therapy of Registered Behavior Technicians, according to certification requirements for RBT credential maintenance; Coach + evaluate therapist clinical effectiveness; Deliver caregiver/parent training on a minimum of a biweekly basis, in accordance with medically necessary treatment recommendations; Keep current with literature, new research and resources; Train, coach, counsel and discipline therapist teammates; Consistently meet monthly treatment delivery targets; Average 80% or higher on case review; May serve as BT preceptor; Work with a specialized subset of clients regarding age and functionality; Proficient in 2-3 assessment tools (e.g., VBMAPP, ABLLS, ESDM);Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload.
Education and Experience Requirements
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis program approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, or a related degree. 1 year of experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
Special Skills Requirements
Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). State licensure, as required.
